Morning routine
What do you do in the mornings?
I usually get up pretty early in the morning, like 7 am or so. As I don’t have classes in the morning, I can do whatever I feel like. After breakfast, I will go for a running for like half an hour, usually around the neighborhood I lived in. If it’s raining or bad weather occurs, I will just stay at home, watching movies or TV series.

Is breakfast important?
Yes, I think breakfast is very important as it provides US the energy and nutrition we need at the very beginning of a day. I don’t think breakfast has to come at big amount, as long as it is nutritious, it will do. I usually just have one egg some slices of bread and a glass of milk in the morning, as they are very rich in protein.
What is your morning routine?
During the weekdays, I always go to the classes early and preview the lessons. However, during the weekends, my routine is totally different. I will get up very late and hang out with my friends.
Do you like to get up early in the morning?
Yes, I think so. For most of the time, if I am not tired or sick, I like to get up very early, like 7 o’clock, as I think if I don’t, my whole day will just be wasted. I feel like I am always more efficient in the morning, and able to accomplish many tasks that would otherwise take me a whole day to finish.
