1. Where do you run?
I’ve taken up the hobby of running in one of the biggest parks in my city, since I took up residence in this city for my studies. This park is quite big, covered by a lot of hundred-year-old trees, which block most of the sunlight.
2. How often do you run?
I often run on weekends, especially before I go to church on Saturday evenings. During the exam season, I run everyday so that I am energised both physically and mentally, leading to higher productivity.
3. Is running a good exercise?
Of course, running has been scientifically proved beneficial to the health. As I said, running is instrumental in reducing the amount of cholesterol inside my body as well as stimulating my mental health.

4. Do you run more now than you did in the past?
Well yes, when I was in high school, it never crossed my mind to run for health purposes. However, having read a scientific article about the benefits of running, I adopted the hobby of running frequently so that I can stay healthy.
