From his account, he has been practicing at the gym for 6 months, and quite satisfied with the results he is having. In the past, he was just averagely built and looked quite physically weak, but after some months, I can spot quite a transformation in his body. He has put on more kilos, gained more muscle and become more charismatic charismatic he says he has fret his heart on changing his appearance. He does many push-ups, press-ups, chin-ups and run on the treadmill for hours, which Increases his stamina and helps build his muscles.
The reason I long for a chance to do it is because I have been under more pressure from working these days. I have more customers to cope with, and many complex issues to solve and this often places a mental strain on me. Exercising physically can give me a golden opportunity to let my hair down and relieve the burden I’m suffering. As my friend strongly recommends me to give gym a try. I reckon I would take up this sport tomorrow, to be honest.
QUESTIONS FOR PART 3
Are people influenced more by their friends or parents?
It should depend on the stage of life they are in. For children, parents are those they model after land would Readily obey advice and guidance offered by their mom and dad as they are the ones who bring the child up and are closest to them. However, as a child grows up into an adolescent, he is more likely swayed by his circle of friends I‘d put it down to the fact that teenagers spend more time hanging out with one another and easily pick up certain patterns of behavior and at this impressionable age they can be easily influenced by their peers’ words and actions.
Are people influenced by famous people?
I reckon that the vulnerable and impressionable youths are under enormous influences from celebrated figures. I often see my friends imitating the clothing style of their idol singers or collecting autographs and photos of them. More seriously, some celebrities impact on some teenagers so greatly that they are ready to skip meals to watch dramas their Idols appear In, or waste money on certain products advertised by the stars.
Why are some people self-centered?
I guess the reason behind this is that in modern societies, people often alienate themselves from the rest of the community. There no longer seem to be a sense of belonging to a community since most people are Merely concerned about their own business! They focus on their own stuff to make ends meet and earn out their daily routines without the help of people around.
Is it good for people to try ness things?
I guess people should rise to the occasion and take chances to have novel experiences, the main reason being that they can discover their potential n new fields and cultivate their talent. For example, if you’re always scared of water, and never jump in the swimming pool to have a swim, you won’t ever know that, you have an inborn talent for swimming. After all, changes can be tough at first, but the long-term effects are worthwhile.
