Describe a sport you watched on TV and you would like to try for the first time

You should say:

Today, I’m going to talk about Taekwondo which I am really keen on learning about but never had the chance actually to do It.

I intend to enroll on a Taekwondo class at a sports center near my neighborhood. Since this center has a good reputation for training such a form of martial art. It would offer me a really good course so that I can efficiently learn it. It will need to devote a great deal of regular time and will have to base the determination to learn the necessary skills.

The greatest benefit this sport offers is a discipline and self control. Besides, the physical exercise, patience and diligence, Taekwondo requires a great deal of physical and mental power, calmness and a type of discipline which are necessary for a modest person’s life.

I would like to engage in some kind of activity which is helpful to keep the body and soul sound. Physical exercise is one way to do that, but Taekwondo would be more helpful as it would demand steady patience and determination as well. I have found seen that some of my intimates and relatives found it very helpful in their lives and I was inspired by their discussion regarding the benefits of this skill.

It is quite common knowledge that sport conic in a variety of forms like martial arts in which you can practice on your own, or some sports which require you to play with a group. It depends on a person really. If you are an extroverted guy/girl you would prefer a match of football or volleyball as you can both exercise your body and have casual talks with other during the game. However, in case you are an introvert you can do some solo sports like running, swimming, bicycling or martial arts. You don’t have to worry about anyone else other than yourself. And through these individual sports, you can learn some of the greatest qualities such as perseverance, discipline and endurance which can be hardly found in team sports

Do children need to exercise?

Obviously, children in modem society need plenty of physical exercise. It is not surprising to see that with the fast-paced lifestyle and increase study pressure, many students fail to manage time to take pan in certain forms of sports to work out. It is my recommendation that teachers and parents should, encourage them to join some sports to help them relax their minds and build up their bodies as health is the most important asset of a person
