The occasion when I was scared was the time I went to watch the Japanese movie ‘Ju-on’. Since my parent doesn’t allow me to watch any kinds of ghost movies, I watched this movie with my classmates online at school.

It was a day in my high school when everybody was waiting for the night class to start, a classmate of mine proposed that we should watch a movie before burying ourselves into our homework. I endorsed the idea in great excitement because I really want to take a short break from my tedious school work and have fun with my fellow classmates.

I considered myself to be brave man back at that time, so I watched movie with a light heart, but as time goes by, things go nastier. Ghosts and spirits started to appear on the screen and several friends requested the movie to be paused so we don’ have a heart attack, but I ignored the request just to show people how brave I am. Suddenly, there was a ghost appeared or the screen with loud sound effect. I was so scared that I screamed. Most of my classmates were shocked as well, not by the ghost, but by my untimely screaming. At the end of the day, I was mocked by everyone because I was trying to pretend to be a brave man that I am actually not. The story taught me a lesson, I shouldn’t pretend to be brave, and you should always play family-friendly movie in a classroom.
